Meet the team
Jenn is the Owner and Founder of Powell Studio, a certified RN and an experienced aesthetic provider supported by Medical Director, Dr. Thiesen. Jenn is a Certified Nurse Injector and GAIN trainer of Sculptra aesthetic, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers. Her passion, aesthetic eye, and focus on educating patients set her apart—along with her ability to create natural and more youthful global results for her clients!

MELISSA HAMMERQUIST
Melissa has been a licensed esthetician for 20+ years. She is continuing her education and has added a variety of services, including (but not limited to) dermaplane facials, chemical peels, PRX, and most recently certified in a variety of laser treatments. Melissa is passionate about bringing joy, positivity, and self-confidence to the clients at Powell Studio.
AVA SCHIPPER
Ava is the Powell Studio client coordinator. She has always had a passion for all things beauty and wellness, and is an aspiring esthetician. She continues to learn the ins and outs of the studio and how to provide the best experience for our valued clients. Ava strives for every client to leave the Powell Studio feeling beautiful, refreshed, and excited to return!
MEGAN RICHARDSON
Megan has been a licensed esthetician for a year now! She attended school at Plymouth Spa Tech. Megan entered the field with a passion for boosting confidence and helping others feel beautiful in their own skin. Megan can’t wait to create long-lasting relationships and assist the clients at Powell Studio in achieving all their beauty goals!
