This program is thorough without being overwhelming and perfect for those just dipping their toes into the wellness space and want more information before committing to a longer program. Understanding your nutrition test results empowers you to make better choices for your body that can benefit your overall well-being. This program includes support to help you implement healthy lifestyle changes to get on the path to reach your health goals.

The Powell Boost Package allows you to:

  • Gain insights about your test results from a healthcare professional.

  • Establish a personalized wellness plan to help you reach your health goals.

  • Feel supported with one-on-one health coaching as you begin your wellness journey.

  • • One 75-minute Health Discovery Consultation to talk through health history and concerns

    • A 60-minute follow-up session to review laboratory findings and includes your customized personal wellness plan supplement protocol

    • Three 30-minute sessions to evaluate progress, make program adjustments, and address any other issues that may arise.

    • Three 15-Minute sessions to assess progress and make program adjustments as needed.

  • Based on our initial assessment, we may pick from the following tests conduct the following tests to determine your optimal health, wellness, and prevention needs. *Each test includes a fee which will be discussed during your assessment.

    • Algorithmic Health Forecasting Report* – illuminates hidden areas that may adversely impact health and provides an overall base wellness score.

    • Lab Report Analysis*

    • Additional Lab Testing such as additional specialized hormone testing, stool testing or advanced cardiovascular testing, may be recommended and is often performed at local Quest Diagnostics patient service center and/or Radiology department at additional cost.
